is the best app to nav in israel, alerts you on police, speed cam, traffic, and REAL eta

so its possible to get an app, with traffic, offline?

either way, in israel, there arent so many routes to choose should there be traffic

Well, yes, most of the special features of Waze will not be available.  But you will have a working GPS, which is what the OP asked.  Also, Waze usually has the most updated map, which you'll (obviously) have offline as well.

i think you misplace  Israel with somewhere else.

Lets say you going now from Tel aviv to Jlem

its can take you from 431 can take you from 6 and 443, can take you from 6 and 1, can take you from 443 etc .
