Not exactly sure, its an organization that arranges seminars for Jewish men and women (separately) which are supposed to help you learn alot about yourself.
www.calloftheshofar.org
Apparently people swear by them but it sounds a bit weird to me.

Meh. Not my cup of tea, but if it helps others become better Jews or better people I'm all for it. How much do they charge?

June 2011 in Israel.
It can potentially be a life changing experience depending on the person. What it does is help uncover hidden psychological issues, fears and blockages that stem from childhood and/or traumatic events. Obviously, being aware of these issues helps you deal with them. The benefits of the program vary depending on how bottled up the person is to begin with and his ability to let it all out.

That being said, it's a little weird and awkward and it's really a non-Jewish program shoved into a Jewish framework, which makes it seem a bit off.

I definitely gained a lot from it and I don't regret going but I don't consider it a life-changing experience.

How is this accomplished in a group?  Or does each person have to take the floor?
