The gal in the article is having announcements made publicly that the whole lawsuit is made up.  She never agreed to be a plaintiff in this suit.  The whole bar mitzva story is made up.  There's a bar mitzva in her family coming up but it hasn't happened yet.  Her only involvement was agreeing to answer questions in a survey about the makeup.  She was told her name wouldn't be used.

I hope that is true, and If that's the case she might have a lawsuit now! lol

I know someone that knows her, and from the story that she said it makes sense that they were told not to publicly say what actually went on...
