i have had a pair before (not this type, but also bostonian flexlite), the backs wore out enough to make walking feel weird after a couple months, but maybe that was just me

Thru nushoe.com. They are the authorized return agents for them. They give u a ups label for shipping and it takes about two weeks for an answer.

Ipswich are the ones I bought as well....and I ordered a second pair in black from Amazon last month, just to keep an extra pair 'in stock' for when the first pair wears out. As the soles are so soft, I can see how they may wear relatively quickly -- although I assume the same is true of any of the lightweight, rubber soled dress shoes.

I have a pair of Johnston and Murphy. It feels like I am walking on pillows. So far the most comfortable pair of shoes I have worn, compared to Cole Haan and Echo. The style is called Johnston & Murphy Men's Stricklin Moc Slip-On

I find the inside cushioning on J&M to last about two weeks.

Macy's has the only affordable black/black version I found, with a wool blend upper.

Don't seem very durable, but they are insanely light and comfortable.

These run at least a 1/2 size big for me, maybe more.
