Something tells me lots of Shabbos take-out places might not be categorized as dining.

And Freedom is 5x

Something tells me the SP definition for dining is broader than the Freedom's definition, please CMIIW.

As well if u are in israel there is no foreign fees which may be a benefit over the freedom depending I guess on chase exclusives ..

The one vague thing on the Freedom which they exclude is "cafes". Aren't a lot of coffee shops considered "cafes" and should be eligible.
