US Airways calling time

I've called US Airways the past 2 nights and it took me more than hour to get connected.

Right I'm holding by the 48:59 minute mark.

This is crazy

Anyone have any better numbers to call (rather then the main one).

i have had this issue with pay pal as well , and while on hold googled the issue and some direct lines to supervisors with extensions came up , try that

Now there telling me that 2 hours isn't enough time in YYZ for a connection to the US

ETA: just spoke to sup, she said you need a min. Of 2 hours and 10 minutes.

Matrix and UA are giving me this as a valid routing.

No patience for HUCA with US now

Wait times at AA ain't much better, I've waited several times over an hour to speak to an agent, at peak & off peak hours.
But at least they have that callback feature.

When there's a long hold time they'll offer you to enter your phone number to call you back, promising you won't lose your line in the queue.
