Hard to say it's about the money. The rarely give speeding tickets for city street driving

ocean pkwy usually has a speed trap (between J&L) at the end of the month and the speed limit is the same as the rest of bklyn (30 mph) it's hard to understand that a major thoroughfare (ocean pkwy) should have the same limit as a small alleyway (eg: webster)
