Is this confirmed, that Cap One credits for VRBO?

The $200 VRBO credit was an offer that was available during the initial rollout of the Cap1 VentureX...if you are just signing up for the VentureX now then I don't think it's available any longer

Understood. Question still stands: Is this confirmed?

What do you mean by confirmed? The $200 credit was plastered all over the Cap1 public advertising materials. Is that what you're asking?

Yes that's confirmed, Dan mentions vacation rentals (including VRBO specifically) in the DDMS post that was shared a few posts earlier:

Thanks. Now my only question is whether it needs to be booked through Cap 1, as it seems to say in that post.

My understanding is that there are two separate credits. There is a special $200 vacation rental credit which I do not think needs to be booked through the Capital One travel portal.

Then there is also a $300 credit which is part of the standard suite of benefits offered by the card, this is the one that I think needs to be booked through the Capital One travel portal.

Take all of that with a grain of salt though because I don’t actually have the card, I have been following it fairly closely though.

Understood. Can anyone else confirm this? Can VRBO be booked through the portal? Can one double dip on these credits?

Or Chase Ink with GCs bought at Office Supply stores for 5*UR (up to $25k a year) if you don't need CC protections.

That I am not sure about. Even if he/she gets denied it's just an inquiry, so it's a relatively low-risk thing to do
