Which is the best card for large tuition payments?
BUMP
Is the United Club Card the final answer?
Is it hard to get?
Is it worth to get just for this?

SPWMC.
Israel: SPWMC
USA: If your standard car insurance covers rental cars use the United card. (It will be the primary coverage and will save you the rate hike in the event of an MVA.)

Otherwise....

Legit business rentals use Amex OPEN, personal and leisure rentals use SPWMC.

Best amex to use at Costco? It's not considered to be a supermarket.

club card is not that had to get. Prob very solid to use. But might be worth it to use an ink card via gc from staples. But that would be pushing it.

I too use my club card for my 15k+ purchases.

Need a Card for a Construction Project
« Reply #72 on: June 11, 2013, 10:53:00 AM »
Summer is here, and I'm sure many people are planning some big projects so this may be helpful for many.  As for me, I am planning some construction and would like a credit card which I can keep on file at the local hardware shop.  I would expect in excess of 50k in expenses.  I have the money to cover everything but don't want to have cash or checks lying around and can use the breathing room.  Also, let me preface this by saying I have great credit - score close to 800.

I know there most likely will not be a perfect credit card, but I would like consider the attributes below for this "single use" credit card.

- Introductory 0%APR; the longer the period, the better...  Just for breathing room.
- Rewards; preferably cash and not travel as we don't travel much.
- Decent online account management.
- Generous credit line; if I begin pushing the limit, I can always pay it down...  I know this is dependent on the applicant, but I'm sure there are banks that are more generous than others.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I am looking at getting a corporate or business card for my new venture? Should I go with a standard card or a corporate card? In each category, which is the best?

Thanks.

UMPE
SPG
SP
International meaning FOREX?
SP vs. UMPE is for sure SP better as you can transfer to UA
SPG doesn't give X2.
Why not PRG? (X3 rewards)

International = flight from EWR to FRA

PRG - is not an option as I don't have one!
Does UMPE give more (free) luggage?

Can anyone give me a rundown of cards that have 0% interest for first 12/16/18 months and offer a large CL?
