And NYC muni-meters is for freedom cards. Specifically if you get 10 points per transaction.
I thought that was discontinued for all freedom cards.

Why are you saying that 10 PPT was discounted?

need to pay us passport fees for 2 of my children comes out to like $220.  The mall has some passport agency service.  Which card should I use?  If I use my Barclays world mastercard can I use my points to get statement credit back and qualify charge as a travel expense ;)

IIRC you need to pay the fee with either a check or money order

When I did it (also in a mall) around four years ago, I had to pay a portion of the fee with a check (the rest I was able to pay with cc).

What type of benefits are you looking for? I would say SPG.

Yes, SPG will give you the warranty of the Amex family, plus the 2.2 value of SPG points...
