Does anybody have any experience with Amtrak shipping? It seems really good for moving long distances. $49 for the first 100 lbs and then $0.46 for each additional pound up to 500 lbs total per shipment per day. My question is this if anyone has used them...they say only books, clothes and pots and pans. If I pack other stuff will they check to see what I packed? I have some office equipment etc that I need to ship as well. Thanks.
