It is free, I'm not sure what you think it is.
Its a way of keeping track of all you bills.
They will notify you when bills are due, you could log on and see how much you spent / owe on you credit cards etc
Now they even let you pay your bills through their site somehow (I've never tried it)

I used Pageonce for several years, never had an issue.

+1, been using them for years with no problem. You could set up upcoming bill alerts, large transaction alerts, etc. Quite useful.

Ya their concept is amazing but they are quite delayed and repetitive about informing you of changes/charges on your accounts. Still needs some work for me to use it full time.

Credit card, they have an option of bill pay, one of the payment methods is with a debit card.
I see that online it doesn't come up, but on their Android app you have the option to add a payment method and one of them is a debit card!

YES you can pay your bill with your credit or debit card (without a pin)! BUT there is a fee of 4% (!) for this transaction  , this option I only see on their App not on their website...

I will check to see how this $1 payment i made from my bank debit card will show up on the statement

How about making $1 charges with the freedom card for 11 points, costing you only $0.04 fee?

I've been using them for quite a while.
 it is really convenient to be able to pay your bills from 1 app instead of having to log in to several apps to pay your bills.
It takes the money directly from your linked checking/savings accounts.
I personally find it extremely useful.
