Targeted Amex 35% Transfer Bonus to Flying Blue

Hi all,

American Express is offering a targeted 35% bonus on transfers of Membership Rewards points to Air France/KLM’s loyalty program from now through May 31, 2013.

I just did a transfer and got the bonus from one Amex account, I wonder if there's a workaround to get the bonus even if you haven't been targeted?

(Dear Mod, If there's already a discussion about this, kindly consolidate.)

I know this offer is dead. Just could not find anywhere to post my question. Does anyone know how long the  transfer takes from Amex to flying blue ?

ok thanks just linked my account for the first time to my Amex and now waiting for transfer to go through. Has not showed up instantly so was wondering.
