Exploring Moving To Florida

Can anyone do a brief breakdown on the “newer” areas younger to middle aged families are moving to?
IE Boca Vs Hollywood vs NMB etc

I live in nmb, growing up it was more modern Orthodox, later it became the affordable community.

Now it's not cheap, but we have bh many many shuls

Young Israel, shaarei, Torah v'emunah, bais menachem, kehal chasidim, the kolel, mishkan, rabbi feldbrand kedushas Levi Yitzhak

Magen David and possibly another Sephardic shul but I'm out of the loop.

Very dynamic Rabbanim. From longest to newest etc Rabbi Marlow chabad, Rabbi Shapiro shaarei, Rabbi's singer and blejer kolel, Rabbi benzinger Torah v'emunah, Rabbi peled mishkan, Rabbi marmor young Israel, Rabbi feldbrand etc

So the neighborhood I find dynamic.  Personally I like that it's suburban in a massive metropolis. 163/167 has lagged in development but it's coming now hard and fast, same for Miami gardens etc

I like access to every major artery, middle of both Mia and fll airports, next to bright line, 2 major parks (grenoylds, oleta) short drive to beach and in middle of it all

But I am biassed, I grew up here and absolutely hated it, now I love it!

Right there in the middle. Though it's mikdash not mishkan.

First a mishkan (7th Ave), now they have a mikdash (10th Ave) ;)
