Was booked as a Guest of Honor yesterday at the Hyatt and was just confirmed into an upgraded room (Grand Deluxe) with the club benefits.

Yes, though IIRC, it is once every 30 days.

Any issue with higher floors on Shabbos? I.e. Are club rooms and suites on much higher floors?

Will I be able to go to the bar at marina bay sands with a 2yo? Is there a dress code of are t-shirts and sneakers ok?
is there somewhere to pick up food for shabbos so I don't have to take my kid out on Shabbos?

I do not think that you will be able to bring your 2 year old in-we left him sleeping at the hotel and used a babysitting service provided by the Hyatt-they have a very strict dress code-I showed up there the first night with shorts and they turned me away-the sign outside the elevators that take you up there (and there is a large bouncer at the door) clearly says that after 6 pm (i think that was the time) only smart casual and dressy dress will be allowed up-polo and sneakers will probably be ok but not more casual than that....
