Would it be worth having a long connection in Singapore, from 6:25 AM to 6:20 PM (on a
Sunday morning, if the day of the week makes a difference)?
Things that worry me: it might be too short of a time to do anything useful, or the time of day might be too early to really accomplish anything.
Things that excite me: can finally cross it off the ol' bucket list.
My wife loves nature, so I'd probably want to check out the botanical gardens and/or the zoo. I'd also love to do the Singapore Flyer (although sunset is - obviously - not an option
), and the Skyline Luge looks massively cool. The DDMS post makes Chinatown seem rather interesting, but I'll have just been to the
actual China right before Singapore - so it really be worth going?
Also of mild interest is the Marina Bay Sands Skypark/KU DÉ TA. Is it really worth it, or lower on the list of priorities?
So... with all that in mind, how much can I realistically accomplish in such a short time? Did I miss anything else of interest?
Thanks in advance.
