Do EY or QR charge for infant in arms from DOH-AUH? Does it make a difference if it's part of another PNR that's coming from CPT-DOH?

Has anyone with Israeli citizenship (passport) flown through? You just hide it when there?

Do you have an American passport?

Yes. They don't search your bag or anything?

No. It's not an issue.

This is my friend take on EY Apartment, he has flown almost Every F product:

I am glad I had the experience, however I would not spend 90K again to fly Eithad, when you can spend 100K and go with Emirates. When I was taken to my apartment my first thought was wow! But then I felt like it simply doesn't function well. Closing the doors wasn't as easy as I thought, you really have to pull. Etihad allows children in F, the four year old frum kid didn't misbehave but talked A LOT to his mom. I want peace and quiet, adults eat, sleep and watch movies. If they talk they speak quietly, try telling a three or four year old to stop talking or talk in a quiet voice for 12 hours. I spoke with the flight attendant and she said Etihad's policy allows for children in F. I was also disappointed as I didn't feel the seat was so comfortable, it was bigger than Emirates but not more comfortable. Emirates bathrooms were MUCH bigger and both bathrooms had showers and the floors were heated. For the apartments there were two bathrooms, only one had a shower. One of the times I went to use the bathroom, the floor was still went, towels on the floor as someone finished their shower and went back to their seat. The flight attendants weren't aware. With Emirates, there was always someone stationed outside the showers. That would have never happened on Emirates. The staff on Etihad were great, same with Emirates.  There was no caviar service which I left me very disappointed, how do you not serve caviar to apartment passengers. The menu options were diverse and there were tons of choices. I was never asked to order ahead of time so that they would still have it later. When I asked for the chocolate tart 90 minutes before we landed, they still had some and it was one of the best desserts I ever had on a plane. The Emirates amenity kit was nicer, the pajamas were about the same. As I mentioned earlier my international approved carry on bag did not fit under my bed, they had to store it elsewhere. The bed was long, I wish they could have made it wider

A few other notes:

Etihad offered to make the bed before we took off, which was a huge plus. I didn't have to "take a number" like on Cathay.
There was a welcome letter that was pre-printed (typed out) unlike Cathay that hand writes the note card.
There were two remotes on Etihad, one for your chair and then one for when you are laying down watching TV in bed.
Emirates and Singapore had MUCH better TV programming.
The wines were better on Singapore and Emirates.
Finally, there is a new terminal under construction, I wonder what the lounge will look like then.

Ben as a lot more positive. True, he said the seat didn't recline as much, but over all EY seemed to have more benefits from the way he spoke about it. Also he didn't mention that EK also allows kids.

Which airline doesn't allow kids in F?

Either way I don't think most people here will be flying MH F anytime soon.
