Try the nachos. Chili or chicken, both great IMO
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Gotta go with @henche on this one. I wasn't impressed at all with milts. Got the brisket nachos, brisket sandwich and milts burger. Split with my wife. The food was OK.

I like eating the chili with a side of corn bread, nice contrast of sweet and spicy.
Pretzel bites are great.
People love the smoked chicken dishes, never tried them myself.

Dino ribs are better reheated at my home the next night than eating there, not sure why.

Smoked chicken soup is unbelievable. Brisket baked beans go great with the cornbread as well.

I was more impressed by their cornbread than anything else, but I do have a real sweet tooth and a love of carbs. I tried to duplicate it many times from their recipe (printed in that short green and white Dairy cookbook (I think it's called Dairy Made Easy but I'm not sure - it's advertised in all the Jewish newspapers now before Shavuos)) with varied levels of success.
Is there a clever way to solicit likes without sounding like a classless wannabee?

Going to CHI for one night next week with my wife. Can anyone recommend the best hotel to stay at that's available for purchase in the DD forums? Leaning towards buying a SUN from someone for the Park Hyatt, but wondering if there's a better option.

My wife and I were just in CHI for one night as well and stayed there and it was very nice. We had a great room; didnt get the suite upgrade from Diamond booking as there were none available but the room had a great view and was right off of Michigan ave.

Anyone done a Segway Tour downtown? Which one is good? Lakefront/museum tour, or Rivers/parks/architecture tour?

Dan is a big fan. I have done the lakefront, and really enjoyed, but it really would depend on your preference.
