Don't think so, but several have apps with delivery.

The Lincoln Cafe has an option for delivery through Ubereats. Great Chicago offers delivery for phone orders, so I'd assume they do for the app as well. Shallots has an app, an also deliver for phone orders, so they should have that option on the app as well.

Don't think so. There is one or 2 on Ubereats, and several places have their own apps.

I think Taboun is on DoorDash and Hamachi is on Yelp Eat24.  You can get Milt's through Postmates but only within a certain radius.

Looking to go to Chicago for Labor day. Will be flying to Midway because of CP. Car looks to be $65 with Hertz/Platinum 4 hour waiver. I think that the Hyatt House by Evanston makes the most sense location wise. I was thinking Magnificent Mile but it's a bit far from food which is primarily why we're going. Parking at the hotel is $29 a day but because it's a Sunday/Holiday street parking should be free.

Any thoughts on activities in the area. It looks like it might be cool to just wander the Northwestern campus (if it's anything like Boulder, Ann Arbor, Palo Alto, Cambridge, etc.). The hotel is pretty close to the lake as well. I imagine that Bank of America probably has free museums/zoos/etc as well because it's the first weekend of the month.

For food I was thinking Shallots and Emma's. I was at Milt's already so not sure if I want to go back this trip. Will also likely make a stop at Romanian. Probably will get takeout from Jewel for the flight home. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

Sounds good. Downtown Evanston is nice. If you have a car, there isn't much that's too far from you. Downtown is 30 or less, and there is plenty to do there. You are probably equal distance from Emmas as you are to anything in West Roger's Park, such as The Lincoln Cafe, Main Pizza/Chalavi, or Telaviv Pizza. Personally, I'd stick with Emma's for sit down and the cafe for "to go." Lincoln Park zoo is not too far, and free, but parking can cost.

Most Romanian meat, will be close to half the price at Romanian itself as opposed to jewel.

Yeah but iirc Jewel had a pretty large selection of other products some of which was very well priced. I have 4 free bags on Southwest I ought to utilize  ;)
