Personally, I'd rather pay $75 for a full 5-bone slab of the larger ones than $50 for two, or effectively $25/rib (!). At least with that, I'd have the illusion of getting my money's worth ;)
@Bryan maybe put an option on the menu for a double slab and write that it's for 2 @$75?
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

Well, to be clear, doubling two would be four, and Chef Bryan said a "full slab" would be five-bones.

5 @75 = $15/bone, which is a significant discount on $25.

I mean, even 4 @75 = $18.75/bone, which is better than the $25.

When I see "full slab", I'm thinking I'm getting the entire slab.  That is, all 13 ribs.  In a kosher establishment, I assume it will be only 12, since we don't eat the 13th.

But maybe I'm wrong and that isn't what other people expect.

Either way, it's simpler and clearer to simply write in the menu how many ribs you are getting.

Best hotel for a one night stay?

Pref a Hyatt that provides kosher brekkie for diamond.

Seems like a few hyatts would offer kosher breakfast according to this post

we just got back from chicago with our 3 year old.  Milt's was great and so was Romanian (we brought back hot dogs, salami and other items to enjoy later)
as for breakfast being a Diamond member and staying at the Hyatt
hyatt mccormick we got breakfast from slice of life-we were able to order whatver we wanted. Over the 2 days we were there, we got blintzes, breakfast burrito, bagels with lox and cream cheese, bagel and cream cheese, greek salad and a regular burrito.
park hyatt chicago we went to Emma's bagels and ordered breakfast food. we were given a budget of $30 each (we were 3 people)
hyatt magnificent mile. First we were told they would order but we would be charged. After I mentioned that the other hyatts were comping us, they change their tune and order food from slice of life-day #1 omelet, bagel and potatoes, day #2-blintzes and fresh fruit.
With the Hyatt MM, we found that at first they would say no (no microwave , no breakfast and no extra frig [we bought food from romanian and milt's to have for shabbat dinner). after our insistence they gave us all 3.

as for rooms
Hyatt Mccormick place we have a huge room on 17th floor with a gigantic walk in closet. It was airy and light and ha dnumerous seating areas  including a chaise lounge in the sleeping area.  bedroom was separated by a 3/4 length wall with a tv on either side.  Downside of MCcormick place not much too walk to to sight see. Did not use an upgrade
park hyatt - we had a park suite on the 6th floor. great bath amenities. Huge bathroom, with walk in shower, huge bath, tv in bathroom mirror  separate living room from bedroom  Great location. Used an upgrade
Hyatt Magnificent Mile. Executive suite on 7th floor. used a suite upgrade. The living room was huge and had no windows (which was weird). separate living room but we left the lights on for shabbat and the door instead of being solid was glass so we could see the light.  bathroom was outside the suite which was good

Beds in all 3 hotels super comfy.

They are all around the downtown area. You can try emailing the Hyatt Regency near O'hare and see if they will do anything for breakfast.

Then go to Portillo's.  :)

Been there.  I wasn't too tempted, as treif restaurants go.

I did want the pizza the time I was at Lou Malnati's though.

I did not care for the rock crab claws at wherever place in downtown ORD I was that specialized in those.  I don't think eating large bugs is objectively any more disgusting than eating a cow's liver, but I'm already used to the liver.

Requested at check in. Spoke to check in agent who spoke to supervisor. Its possible that if you call a few days in advance, you may be able to get it.
