i got the bbq short ribs at shallots because i was in the mood of a saucy meat and they were fantastic.

I see some have issues with Milts for not having something that is not on their menu. I guess Shallots would never do that. Instead they advertise Prime Rib on Thursdays. So you go there on a Thursday and guess what? No PR!

Been staying at the Hyatt Lodge (McDonald's Headquarters) and have to say this place is nice! Are there any restaurants open Saturday night that would deliver here though?

No. Just use regular Uber and have them pick it up.

But keep in mind, the Uber will cost around $30 maybe depending on the time of day and its at least a 35-40 min ride

No, that's a different service. But I've seen people on this thread talk about Uber drivers picking up food and bringing it to you ... never tried it myself ... anyone wanna weigh in on exactly how that works?

^What he said. Milt's would likely be about 10-minute-shorter ride, if time/Uber costs are important to you.

Just order the Uber to the restaurant and put in your destination have them know that a taxi is coming to get your food (make sure it's sealed properly to avoid any Basar Shenisalem Mien Ha'eyin issues) once the taxi is confirmed just call the guy and let him know what going on...

And then the restaurant will just bring the food out to the cabin?

I assume you mean cab not cabin? Generally shouldn't be an issue if for some reason they are sooo busy they can't bring it outside ask him to go inside.
