Thanks. If I open up a card, can I pick any night that I want, or is it restricted availability? Also, what are the cancellation policies (in case I don't find a flight)?

The Citi Hilton is 2 free weekend nights.

Is there anyone in the airport that would rent a car to someone 19 years of age?

Found Zipcar. They have two options: pick up from the Rosemont CTA park'n'ride, or at an Avis at the airport. Which option would be better?

On one of the old Miller buildings, there is a magen dovid above the door. According to my Miller tour guide, it represents "the six ingredients in beer." (Water, barley, hops, yeast, more water, more barley I guess)

What they don't want you to know is that the real burden of proof is on them to prove you were the one driving.  8)

Jelly Belly is a complete waste of time.  You drive on a cart through a warehouse where they store boxes of jelly beans, and then you get dropped off in the Jelly Belly store.

Read the statute. They draft so that the registrant of the car is on the hook if in doubt.
