If you're referring to timing and not price, it's about double the time (and could be much more in traffic).

I think Mariano's sells a heimish minyan. No idea if its any good, but its brought in from Brooklyn.

jewel on Howard (in Evanston) has mincha and Maariv minyan on-site every Thursday (and maybe other days, too).
