Finally booked for tomorrow. Rooms opened up at PH so I will be there for Shabbat.  Any suggestions on where to pick up takeout food for shabbat?

Great Chicago makes great Shabbat food.  You can also get Tein Li Chow.  Shallots also has a Shabbat menu and will deliver on Friday (thru ChowNow).

Hi everyone, we just got some tickets to see Hamilton in Chicago (AMEX plat pre-sale) and are trying to figure out what to do for transportation/hotel (have a bunch of points/nights with most programs). We'll be there for 1 day so I'd like to avoid renting a car if possible, but we'd like to go to Milts (it's still kosher right? :p) and Shallots. Any tips on how to do this/where to stay would be much appreciated!

Do Shallots for Lunch, Milts for dinnner after the show.
Would be much easier to rent a car, taking UBER will end up costing more./

Thanks! Are there any good breakfast options for early morning departures? Has anyone managed to get a hotel to pay for breakfast?

The only downside of renting a car is that parking can be very hard at Milts in the evening. At least that was my experience.

Eh. Used to be there twice a week and still frequent it. Parking is rarely an issue
