What's the scoop on Evita?
Worth trying out or stick to Shallot's?
Definitely worth trying. Unique Argentinian food, incredibly flavorful meats. We stop there on every trip. Nothing against Shallots, but Evita is a good experience.

Sizzling steak is great. Served on hot cast iron, sears while you eat it.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Just rented a car from Hertz the other day and it does take a but of time to get to the rental car hub.  Depending on the time of day Uber (which I've had issues with as well) might be quicker.

You get picked up in a silver car at your terminal, then they drive you to an offsite location to check out your car. Drop it off at the same place then they drive you to your terminal.

I used them a few times. Extremely convenient. Probably somewhat more than the regular car rentals. They also started charging a higher fee for refilling the car if you don't do it yourself. I believe also for the toll charges, which they didn't in the beginning. I still use them for the convenience. They pick you up and drop you off at the terminal (fyi, doesn't work this way at every airport, but does in Chicago). Beautiful cars. I once had a flat. They came pretty fast and took care of it. Wish they had it in more places. When you come a second time you just do a scan on your phone, no license, etc.

So that seems significantly faster than regular rental

I was on my way in no time. It's the fastest after you've used them once before. Keep in mind the discount for visa reserve cards.

Bond coffee Chicago.
Wow!

Forgot to post here last week.

Bond Coffee Collective has a very cozy atmosphere.

They have a great breakfast menu -  which is all Pas/Cholov Yisroel. (Watch out for those Non-Yoshon English muffins)

I would describe the menu like a kosher Starbucks - Plus.  (Sandwiches, salads etc.)

It's a must visit for those passing through and need to get some work done.
Make stuff happen.
