Found the Regency very lackluster. Dated, small rooms. I'd highly recommend the Hyatt centric loop.

Depends what you are looking for. There's a Hilton that's actually in the airport, definitely convenient location wise.

There are a solid amount of hotels near the airport, so shop around a bit. Hope it all works out.

However, instead of donating the profits to charity each month, the restaurant will likely set aside a fixed amount. Gryka cautions that it’s too soon to speculate on the amounts, but estimates that the monthly donations “will be in the four figures.”

Take it as you wish. Here is a direct quote from Jeff.

I do agree that the interpretation is somewhat subjective, but it does seem to imply it will remain close to what it is now IMO.
