Parking at ORD: The cheapest place to park is in the O'hare lot G. It's $10/day. Be aware that you need to take a bus to the tram (in lot E) which takes you to the terminals. This can take 20-25 minutes

Not upper tier experience but the Four Points  Sheraton by the airport has a nice pool, smallish shallow section
the pool area is large
One issue is you can see the pool from the hallway (it only partially frosted)

and welcome to the Forums, we'd be well served if you bring your DDFB humor and wit to the discussions.
That reminds me, I once stayed at the Marriott Chicago O'hare. They had a nice sized pool, and you were able to swim outside under a partition. It was pretty cool. It's a cat 4, so not top of the line, but still nice.
Memories last forever, make them while you can.

Does anyone have experience with parking at the Westin Ohare for $7/day and taking the shuttle to the airport? I heard you have to reserve a spot online but I am just concerned since our flight is at 5:45 am and it says you need to call to be picked up between the hours of 12 am- 5 am.

The Westin parking was all full but we parked at Routes near O’hare. We paid $27 for three days of parking. I’m not sure if I would do it again since it added approximately 3 hours to our commute.

Sheesh. I'd pay the $40/day over that.

Anything to do in Chicago these days?  What's the story with restaurants?

All restaurants are open for outdoor seating (Call the restaurant to verify they have outdoor seating and if reservations are required). Chicago announced today restaurants can have indoor seating June 26, 2020.

Not much. Navy Pier is open, limited things are open so check their website to see if its worth it for you, but parking is free, YAY. Indiana and Wisconsin is nearby and more things are open, check fruit picking, zoo's, etc.
