did you ever have any from the Bagel Hole on CIA (Coney Island Ave) by Ave K? BOILED the way they are suppose to be made!
Nope, but they do boil them in CLE and they're delicious.
Fresh Garlic or Jalapeno makes them that much better!
I guess this doesn't really belong in this thread though...
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Was that the one on Devon east of California, or the one on Pratt and California?

My bad. I didn't see it when the page switched, and I posted at nearly the same time.
Thanks anyway.

@David I think you missed Grill Pen which was an atrocious restaurant on the SE corner of Pratt and California. I don't remember any arcades but I do recall that they used to have a regular BBQ grill indoors and the entire seating area wood get filled with smoke.

I think maybe Kasa Hadasa was also there as well as some other restaurants that quickly went in and out of business.

Check out this website http://www.bangitout.com/top43.html and one of the top ones is  "Why is it that every kosher restaurant at the corner of Pratt and California fails?"
