i'm horribly allergic to shul, whenever i go into any shul i start sneezing.
someone once convinced me to take small amounts of apple cider vinegar 3 times daily and it helped.
i stopped when the taste got worse than the allergies.

I take Allegra, and it makes the allergies manageable. it is rather expensive in most stores but costco sells it under the name aller-fex for less than $30 for 360 (24 hour) pills

Tried both of those and they didn't seem to work (maybe it's just Costco's) only their "allegra" works. Just my personal experience.

I go to a Chinese in Manhattan who does acupuncture. Does not help all the way, but it's much better.

I have a cousin who asked me to bring him back shots from Israel apparently that is the only thing that works for him

2 answers for you...
I used to take Reactine when I lived in Canada (supposedly there are allergy meds here that are comparable, but none ever worked for me)
Since it got too hard to get, and I heard there was another option... (I know you don't go for quackery, but here you can feel results) try loading up on quercetin... Good luck to all with your allergies, I've had them really bad in past but BH no more...

p.s. If you try the above and it doesn't work, it is prob bec you got the flu shot

My doctor told me to take Allegra in the morning and Benadryl at night and that works for me.... It also knocks me out so I sleep pretty well at night...!
