I think many programs are sold out because Israel is closed and other countries may have restrictions so people that usually travel out of the usa are staying local.
Think of all the Americans that go to Israel for pesach in a regular year.
I m not even talking about the limited capacity that the programs claim or the ones that didnít open at all.
