Anyone see google glass yet?

Was walking in the city few days ago after iron man 3 and saw 2 developers with google glass they look really slick and stylish had to do a double take. They said its absolutely amazing but wouldn't let us try them on.

Anyone else see them yet ?

I have tried it last week Friday and I don't see the hype. Basically when looking up to see the screen I couldn't look forward as it feels like you need to shut the other eye in order to peep into the glasses.

I don't think it was ever intended to allow you to see the internet and real life at the same time. It's just a wearable computer, so instead of taking out your phone and looking at the screen there, you just look at the glasses screen.

I've used it extensively, you shouldn't need to shut your other eye unless maybe you normally wear prescription glasses and you removed them so you could put on the Glass.

100% but IME it just didn't feel right, it felt weird probably cause I was not used to it but I would most likely never replace my phone with it.

It's a very small learning curve and getting used to time, probably about 45 min or less.
The Jewish Glass App just got officially approved (it's made by Rusty Brick) it wasn't difficult to download before but it's cool that it's one of about 25 apps that are officially offered from Google.

Played around with it for a while and got really annoyed. I couldn't for the life of me see more than a tiny portion of the display.
