Is the only way to get the miles with Avis is by using AWD Z638701? That awd significantly raises the cost of the rental...

For israel rentals, you get your price, and let them change the awd when going to rent (at the location).
I use any awd, and call to get credited later. (The latter will be a pain and its not YMMV)

Im not understanding how you use one awd and call later to change it... Like I said before if i plug in Z638702 instead of the one I regularly use the rate jumps over $100. How do I still get the M & M miles without paying the higher rate?
