No Buts -

Your own private driveway you can park a few cars on
cars can't park on street thereby can't block your driveway
Affordable housing with cheap taxes
Streets and sidewalks plowed quickly especially in Beachwood
Mild summers

I'm back with my driveway issues...

I didn't plow my driveway from the snow, I just plowed the front of it and I park blocking my own driveway. Can I have a teina if someone is blocking my driveway (claiming the outside isn't mine and I'm anyway not using the driveway)?
Not sure about the right thing, but I believe he is legally correct.
I believe all he had to do is give you access to the driveway.
IOWs, its a public spot, but you have "easement" rights.

Think of it this way:
1. You can't park they're on alternate side.
2. The city is responsible for plowing it, not you.

either way I can say I want to get into my driveway

True.

What would you do if someone "dropped" something under your car, you moved, and they took your spot in the process?

Spray yellow lines on the street (just make sure no one is looking) it makes it look scarier to park
Against the law.

That's why:

Call the cops and 311 if the sidewalk is curved in front of the driveway, they'll make him redo the sidewalk.

How do you know it's illegal?

By calling cops he may need to pay for the mirror

Being questioned by the police is never pleasant
