I have a .edu address but I am not a student. Terms state only for STUDENTS. Fine print states that they can require you to pay back the waived charges should you violate the terms.

Well, you don't have to wear diapers to be a student.

I meet a guy in Israel which must be close to 60 who is a "student" in israel, not to pay (or minimize) taxes on a car.

All crazes aside, how would they check?

Unless you order 5 truckloads a week, where it would be worth their while to investigate.

Firstly, I signed up for an account with them a couple of weeks ago, and my account still isn't working. Secondly, in Amazon's T&C's they say:

There's been talk on fw about australia for a while (everytime a .edu offer pops up), let's put it this way: Its pretty easy for them to track you down, even without ordering a truckload!

The school i'm in does not give .edu email addresses (i'm not sure why) and i don't want to do this australia.edu thing. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do? Can i submit other proof that i am a full time student (maybe send in transcripts?)
