I was paying 48 shek for 5mb tashtit. my terms were up- they now want me to pay 79 shek. I got the retentions department- which all they can offer was 10mb for the same price- i have no need for more speed. I cannot switch to hot- they don't offer the service here in the Old City. The only thing i can find- is a deal for new customers for ₪55 a month- but they will not offer it to me because i am already a customer. I thought of cancelling and restarting, but they claim there is a 1-3 month in between period. Also they charge a ₪150 startup fee. (which it would still be cheaper). Any ideas?
