I don't see people stopping to use whatsapp and starting to use BBM.It's not happening yet.
It won't happen either IMO. Whatsapp will remain on top.
+1BB woke up too late, you snooze you lose...
You can't judge so quickly! It's barely been out as a cross platform app for 2 days!
+1 I have a lot of friends that are still waiting for their "emails"!
Another reason why it'll take a bit of time until everyone switches from what's app, is unlike what's app you have to get invited to bbm so it'll take time till all the pins make their way around. But it'll happen....
Hard to imagine, if everyone is already automatically on WhatsApp, why should they take the effort to invite and get invited to BBM?
IMO, it makes it more "personal", people feel better when they get invited or accepted as a bbm contact. Unlike what's app which is just another form of texting.
That may be relevant to BBM groups, but for the avarage guy on the street who just wants to communicate with his friends I see no reason why he would want to go through the Schlep of switching.
