Quite a first post as well.
I got from Cedar and Eilat and the info on my tickets was pretty accurate IIRC
Accurate ticket info doesn't mean they are legit!
why not?
That can just mean that they got info from the rental company but doesn't mean they're a legit collection agency.
I got mine from Cedar Financial first in debt recovery, at least that's what their stationary says. The return address is to cedar Financial po box 8986 calabasas CA. Looking on Google it looks like a legit agency and they do international debt collections. I guess the real question here is can they do anything that will effect my credit score?
A friend of mine just told me that when they called him he asked if it will go on his report and they said NO. So they asked him if he will pay he said no so asked again you never plan on paying and he said no again so they said ok will right that down so no one calls you back again.
I did see that exact paragraph posted on the internet. That was a friend of yours, Sammy n? How long ago was he told that?
Where did you see it posted? Yes my friend. I think it was about 2 months ago.
What do people do here about Yom Tov Sheini? I have no where to park other than on the street and being in Rechavia I have a good chance of getting ticket....
Get a ticket and dont pay it
So far I did get one ticket for 100 NS so I will have to decide if it's worth paying.
I ended up parking by a friend who has a spot so it worked out. So far I did get one ticket for 100 NS so I will have to decide if it's worth paying.
Why is it a decision, just don't pay.
Are you sure that a parking ticket can be ignored? I am getting letters from a collection agency about unpaid tickets from 18 months ago.
Only reason to pay is that at 100 NS it's really not that much and I don't want to risk it going to collections and it somehow affecting my credit. The risk in miniscule but again it's not a lot of money.
