A little off topic just wasn't sure where to post.

Got a ticket for driving in the bus lane with a tus-tus
Registerd on my brothers name
I gave them my brothers passport #
So on the ticket it says my name and my NY DL # but my brothers passport number.

Do I have to pay the ticket?wanting can they connect to dots?
If yes would paying online 1 nis work?

Is it a problem that the ticket is attached to the tus-tus which is also on the same passport? Or because the name doesn't match..

Just got bills from a collection agency in the mail for a ticket that one family member got in December 2016 and for a ticket that another family member got in August 2017.??

Asking about a 500 shek unfair parking ticket on a europcar (albar).

I think they always charge you, whether you pay the ticket or not. (Maybe they always assume you didn't pay. I would be surprised if a penny of what they charge you gets forwarded to the city.)

I try to rent on a spare card, and report it as lost right after the rental. I usually have a new (Chase) card within 72-96 hours of it being reported lost and a new card being overnighted.

I have a rental that I didn't get around to cancelling card (I don't think I even got any tickets on that rental) and months later I noticed that there were a bunch of charges ranging from $20-$100 on the card from the rental agency. As long as they have your active card, they feel free to take money from you when they're in the mood.

They won't charge the ticket price, they may charge a processing fee of 100 shekels for telling the city that they can't chase you. That's the case with most car rentals here.
Not charging you doesn't mean they can't.

You don't find that funny that every agency charges you all the time while 99% of people don't get extra charges months later?

City. The only thing you're stiffing them out of is their processing fee to give over your name to the city which is in your contract.

I had a similar experience. I got a few letters like these over the last 2-3 years, about a few parking tickets. Ignored them and haven't heard from them for at least a year.
