The best basement racket around here is a Gown "Gemacha" you make a gown for aprox $200, you "rent" it out aprox 6 times for ~150 a night.

That's a great idea! You can also buy gowns off of people who made them and are looking to sell them.
Dry cleaning costs about $80 (I think) so charge a nice cleaning fee. Also take a deposit in case the gown comes back damaged.

the problem with selling basements is the storage of the inventory, you will probably need a few basements to keep them in.
