If you go to Paris, staying in the PHP Vendome is an absolute must.  It was one of our favorite parts of Paris!
PHP as in Park Hyatt?

I know someone who had around 30 FFN's  ;) any left?

They're all avail on AF for 15k each way. Nothing available when searching DLYou think they'll give it if I call?
If you call DL and they don't show availability you can always transfer SPG or AMEX to Flying Poo.  Beware of fuel surcharges and incompetence agents there.

PHP as in Park Hyatt?
Yes, Park Hyatt Paris Vendome.

I still can't believe the breakfast spreads and the kosher champagne they got for us!

You can try, but I doubt they'll find it.
Give them the booking codes from ITA if you do and see if they can match those codes.

Another factor if you want to stay at the PHP Vendome.
It's only available from August 4th and on.

You can fly TLV-CDG for 08/05-08/11 for just $559 on Czech or just $588 on Brussels and Swiss.

08/05-08/10 is $599 on Czech and in the 600's for many others.
I wouldn't recommend spending less time than that in Paris.  You'll get there Thursday afternoon, which basically kills Thurday and Friday, Shabbos, and Tuesday will be partial days, so that leaves just 2 full days to take in all the sights.
