Think his DOC is biased?
I'm sure his DOC is biased. But you've got it wrong. He doesn't have clearance to field cause it was never tested. The story (as we know it so far) is that he went for a routine six month checkup on Monday Oct 17th, which was at a point where it was 1-1 in Dodger series. His Doc to everyone's surprise cleared him to hit and run bases. The teams's front office let him take batting practice, cleared him from 60 day DL and sent him to the Arizona Fall League to DH - to a team that happens to be shared with the Indians, btw- for games on Sat night (during the clinching game 6) and Monday afternoon. They didn't get ahead of themselves, just said it's far off, but take one step at a time. The only step to take at that time was hitting and running bases. He obviously is at the point where it's relevant to know if he can be cleared to field. So, it will go back to the doc's and we'll find out prob by some point late on Friday if he's going to field or not.
