Aaron Small could beat Kershaw any one single game.
...and lose the other 99.

Playoffs in general are a crap shoot, game 5s even more so. Aaron Small could beat Kershaw any one single game.
That would mean that the Yankees actually got a bunch of hits and scored some runs. Something they seem to forget to do when they play October baseball.

the Yankees... seem to forget to do when they play October baseball.

is that a joke? Or are we we only talking about a 1 game play off against the potential Cy Young winner?

Both Jake and greinke are top pitchers. Neither team has the edge. We'll find out tomorrow night who wins

I think MLB should change the regular season to 158 games and extend the division series to 7 games. MLB playoffs are the 2nd best playoffs in all of sports- 2nd to the NHL.

How about 100-120 games so the WS is not being played in 40-50 degree temperature?

Why not every other Sunday each team play a double header.

+1,000

Baseball was not made to be played in late October.
But we all know that its the almighty dollar that decides how many games and when the games are to be played.

If so then it's only a matter of time until...
I think MLB should change the regular season to 158 games and extend the division series to 7 games. MLB playoffs are the 2nd best playoffs in all of sports- 2nd to the NHL.
and the wild card becomes best of 3.

I don't think so... You would be adding up to 2 games per DS, or 8 games total, while eliminating 60 regular season games.

Clearly you weren't watching the Jays-Rangers game.

Crowd got very rowdy.

I believe watching in winners. Can a Cubs fan say that with a straight face?  :)
