deGrom has better career era and post season era. Not saying that they're gonna win, but it's a coin flip just like Texas or Houston.
Did I say coin flip? Should've said bat flip.
The bat flipping by home runs have gotten to a new level.
Bautista has a great 1 today.

I believe watching in winners. Can a Cubs fan say that with a straight face?  :)
Toronto fans did their best Cubs fans impression today.

The umpires in Toronto earned their paycheck last night.  They handled every call well!  Wish I could say the same about the players, managers, and fans.

Texas definitely didn't. They lost that game after the 3 errors. Nobody to blame but themselves.

Wild inning. Very rare to see 3 straight errors and in such a big spot. Loved the bat flip

One out runners on first and third in fourth and d'arnaud hits deep ball to right in foul territory. Any thought that ethier should not have caught the ball purposefully to prevent the sac fly.

A little googling and I found this though this occurred in top of the ninth and would have scored the go ahead run while situation in mets game occurred in 4th to score tying run. I think bad play by ethier.

Valid point.

At the same time, you don't want to take a chance the next pitch goes a few feet left and 20 feet deeper.

Take the out, concede the run.

And back in 2010 jd drew caught a foul ball in 7th which led to a tying sac fly and he actually took a lot of flack for it.

Also, the general rule is play for tie at home, win on road.

Dunno would've been an 0-2 count with a pretty dominant pitcher on mound particularly in 2 strike situations.
