So glad it was you and not Sheen!
Unless I was dreaming, as I turned on ESPN 850 during a carpool this morning, they were discussing how the Indians would have loved to have Sheen throw "a first pitch" but MLB wouldn't allow. IIRC they said that someone tried to buy for him and was told no. Any way to listen to this morning's show?

If it's Mike & Mike they post the show online later in the day.

The difference is that Trump doesn't have two mini elections that the probability of each one is around 50%, and Trump doesn't have a starting pitcher named Arrieta going in the first mini election. So, odds wise it may be similar, but reality wise, we have a series, or at least in 36 hours from now we will hopefully have a series.
Does anyone know enough about statistics that can answer if there really is a difference between 24% when depending one two outcomes or 24% depending on one outcome?

Great question. It's hard to imagine that there's a difference between 24 and 24. Is there a difference in odds of three tails in a row vs. rolling a one on an eight-sided die. However you break it down, numbers are numbers. They might just "feel" different.

Awesome, Once in a lifetime experience
Yo all really need to stop saying this. For Dan's sake you better hope it is not once in a lifetime.

That is the entire the point of probability quantification. They are exactly alike.

Not sure if it was Mike & Mike or RBS. Too many slow moving kids and different carpools this morning to remember if it was before 9 or after.

Just saying I won't forgive Tito for leaving Bauer in so long in game 5. That was when we had to win it. And it was unreal he left him in after a homer and double.
