Bauer and Kluber were each going to go twice, question is who goes oct 5 and 9 (3 days rest) and who gets oct 6 and 11 (4 days aka regular rest). It often comes down to which pitcher can handle going on shorter rest vs who benefits more from having more rest. FWIW Bauer himself felt his raw stuff was even better than game 1 - higher fb velo, more depth on curve.
