Nothing we say will help you get past your hate. 😂
He's just a bored (from no meaningful baseball in a while) Mets fan. You shouldn't take any of the comments seriously.
Mets over Jays in 6.
The two CY winners meet in Game 1, Sanchez vs. Thor.

To many games and not enough time. Need to shorten the season.
A report just came out this week of some major changes in the works... 2 new teams (portland and montreal seem to be the lead), shortening the season to 156, creating 4 divisions that are much more geographically aligned, DH everywhere, and 12 playoff teams: 4 division winners who get a bye and then the next 8 best records play 4 play-in games for the right to play the division winners. The travel cost saved from the realignment is said to make up for the revenue loss in the number of games.

LOL, never going to happen.

AL and NL aren't going anywhere, though mayyyybe DH comes to the NL.

Montreal? Why?
Just move the Rays to Portland and be done with it.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

I honestly don't think Miami would even notice if Marlins Park vanished one day.

Why?

On another note what do you think of the possibility of Japan's "Babe Ruth" pitching and hitting on other days?

DH makes the game less interesting IMHO.

Then at least when a NL team plays an AL team both teams should have a DH

Pretty boring watching pitchers strike out so as not to risk anything

Lot more decision making has to be done with no DH.

Thats true towards the end of the game. First 6 innings many times is automatic out.

More strategy without a DH but there would also be more strategy if I were forced to pitch once per game to face one batter and the manager had to figure out the best spot to use me. The strategy is all based on utter incompetence with hitting. And it's normal - to expect one person to both pitch and hit at a professional level is like expect a 2 sport athlete or a switch pitcher. Both of which exist but extremely rare. And Otani exists (maybe if he proves himself) but no one else. And people point to MadBum or Greinke but these guys are only slight less inept (slightly more ept?) than other pitchers when you look at the larger sample of stats.

Lot sooner than that in the playoffs and makes for some interesting decisions.

So let's bring the DH for the first 6 innings only  :)

Pitcher going up to bat is one of the stupidest rules in baseball.
Sure it makes you use more strategy. But you can also make the game more strategic by forcing the pitcher to wear a blindfold for the first batter each inning. Or by giving the manager the ability to reverse a strikeout once a game.

TLDR; Dumb rules are dumb
