Talk about the least interesting seven game series in history. There has been one game so far that was at all close.

We all know bumgarner is the MVP is the giants win, but who is the MVP if the royals win? Any chance bumgarner wins it anyways? If he pitches a couple of good innings tomorrow in a losing cause you'd have to think there's a chance

If KC don't win I will pick the Giants. This is the first WS that I have not watched one inning.

I wonder what the ratings for this WS will be. It for sure will not be at the top of the list.

The first few games were the lowest rated ever.

Unbelievable. Closing in on 5 innings on two days rest. At least game 7 didn't disappoint

They just said the official scorer would give Bumgarner the win, matching Johnson's 3 wins. This is during Gordon's AB.

Yup. Even got really edge of the seat with the E-8 in the 9th.
Shame he couldn't make it home on that play.

They had no replay of him heading to 1st base.
If he hustled he could have made it.

I'm well aware of the rules, and was not in any way stating an opposing view. However, once the SP didn't go 5 it's at the discretion of the official scorer, who could have easily applied the standard of the pitcher who last pitched prior to the half-inning when the winning team took the lead for the last time. Hence it being noteworthy for the official scorer to announce, before the game is even over, that Bumgarner was getting the win if they closed it out.
so are they a dynasty or not?
Absolutely not.

First of all, you're not a dynasty if you completely miss the playoffs every other year. People talk about whether the Spurs are a dynasty despite never winning back-to-back (and to me they're 100% a dynasty), but at least they made the playoffs every year in between.

And second of all, they were never consider the best team/favorite to win it during any of the years they won.
