Doesn't work for TLV, but that's what skycaps are for in many other airports...

the vip at tlv that people refer to costs around $105 for 1-4 ppl and is run by laufer aviation. ive used them a couple times on arrival, where they meet you at the door of the plane, take you right there down an elevator to a waiting car which drives you to passport control, whisk you thru, and then pick your bags off the belt onto carts and pack up the car. they have a departing option as well but ive never used it so cant comment.
only a few companies are allowed to operate this service which is in a secure area, and being that menashe sofer is not one of them, he probably uses laufer as well. he might charge on top though for being the broker

And then how much is the ride to Yerushalayim? Recently I paid $75.

$105 for a couple coming into town is a joke to pay to get greeted, whisked through customs and immigration, and your bags handled for you. But if they charge a fortune for the ride to Yerushalayim, it may no longer be worth it.

I'm at loss, people get here very excited saving $20 with bookings, but a fee of $52.5 per passenger, to save 30 mins at tlv doesn't seem an issue.

how do you save 30 mins, I understand you wont have to stand on the Passport line but if you dont then you will end up Standing by the carousel for 30 mins till the bags start coming out! IMO a total waste of $$ unless you are traveling with only Carry-ons and then I cant remember the last time it took me more then 15 mins to get thru the passport control

The number for the Moniyot 99 Cab service is -02-500-0787

It runs about 150 - 180 Shekel to Yerushalayim depending on the number of passengers. They accept CC too I believe.

If you call them when you arrive they will have a cab waiting and ready by the time you clear customs.

why so cheap is it like the Car services here in NY that can drop off at an airport but cant pick-up w/o having been called.

So the cabs that drop off at BG will have to go back empty since they cant get on the Pick-up line at BG but are allowed to p/u if they were called to do so, so they see it as something is better then nothing

Daka has a location in JRSLM and TA, so they can do pickups at the airport. That is why they are so cheap.
