Videotron now offers a great plan $54.95 (3yr term) Unlimited US & Canada 3 GB of Data unlimited text, picture, video messages.

I'm not aware if any other good US/Canada deal avail. (Except the grandfathered plans)

For the coverage, i have no idea and i'm not using it personally
