Israel on miles

This question spans a few boards but I figured I would post here...I am looking to fly to Israel on miles and the following is what I currently have

Chase Ultimate Rewards - 75K
American Airlines - 100K
Starwoods - 125K

I am looking to fly non-stop from NY to TLV (basically limited to united or el al) and need 5 tickets. What are my best options? Convert Chase and Starwoods to United miles? I need around five tickets (I realize I may need to open a few more credit cards to earn more miles or purchase the additional tickets)

Finding 5 seats available nonstop when you need them will be harder then the mileage accrual
